Voigt's Bus Service

"They hire drivers that will endager your children."

"I had a ticket for a Flixbus, which was operated by Voigt Bus Service, from Madison to St Paul. There was no place to park at the curb at the Madison stop, so the bus decided to drive straight by without giving passengers an opportunity to board. Three other passengers and I were left stranded. Adding insult to injury, Flixbus will not refund my bus fare, because apparently the Voigt driver "checked me in" – which I think means the driver is claiming that he picked me up. I contacted Voigt via their website and have not gotten any response. If they make things right, I will update this review."

"Voigt's provided shuttle service for our October 2021 wedding, and it was great. Courtney was a pleasure to work with, and everything went off without a hitch (as far as I know, or no one told the bride if it didn't go well). Our driver was courteous and timely, and loved our T-series, handicap accessible transportation option. It was very clean and modern, not a typical school bus (although that was also an option)."
