"The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about celiacs and cross contamination. They cleaned the counter and all equipent and were able to help me safely eat a gluten free sub. It seemed like all staff had training on cross contamination and were happy to help. Definitely recommend!"

"It was absolutely terrible experience so terrible I'm not sure if I ever visit any Jersey Mikes locations ever again. I ordered delivery through the app. I am pregnant and felt too light headed to drive so I chosoe delivery through Jersey Mikes directly. When I found out they gave my order to door dash I was furious I don't do door dash because they are unreliable so I thought that was super misleading of Jersey Mikes to do such a thing.. and of course we had a problem with our order and they gave us a regular sized sub instead of a giant we already paid for.... So instead of enjoying my meal with my husband and trying to get some food down to feel not so light headed, I had to call the Jersey Mikes store to tell them what happened. It got even worse instead of immediately offered me a refund for the lack of sub that was supposed to be my husbands half of his sub he said I could come there and get a coupon for the same price....then it changed to cash refund that I would still have to unsafely drive there in person. I said no I am in no condition to drive, absolutely not. I was told it was impossible to refund my card which I knew was not accurate. I have had this same mistake happened with door dash before partnered with a restaurant and a mistake happened of course (why I would never use door dash again, direct delivery only from the resturaunt for me from that moment on) and they knew how to refund me before-you just look the credit card number up... So this is the GM I am told I speaking to and he said he didn't know how to give me a refund. Which made my blood pressure raise too high to be safe and endangered my child. He eventually called me back and told me he could give me the refund. Enough said on why I would never want to visit a single Jersey Mikes in person even again because this left such a bad taste in my mouth..."

"Delicious food. Great staff, management, and owners. Tasty gluten-free options and the staff follows health protocols to make it as safe as possible for being pout together in a gluten-heavy facility. All the hot and cold subs we have tried so far are great. Clean dining room and bathrooms. Free off-street parking. Wheelchair accessible. Offers 50% of sales for during fundraisers so if you have a non-profit and you want to offer a tasty, local option be sure to contact them for more details. Our PTO uses then a couple times a year and it's always popular with family and staff. I hate having to make a U-turn now just to go to the store (thanks, Fridley). but we still do because everything else is great."

"I just drove here from New Brighton because when I googled the location hours in in Fridley it states 9pm. I arrived at 8:36pm. The entrance door was locked with 3 customers inside placing their ordered and 3 workers making sandwiches. One customer came out and stated “oh he’s coming to let you in, however when the worker came he stated I could not place an order, by this time there is four of us waiting to place an order. The worker then goes on to say “ if I allow you all to order I will be here til 10pm because we’ve been busy since 8pm. I will never come back to this location!"
