"Owners/landlords very rude & distasteful. This would be my first review so bear with me. Neighbors are okay, it’s best to mind your business stay out the way though. If you need some fixed you’ll have to beg, & when they decide to send somebody out you have the option for nobody to enter while you gone & they disregard what you checked etc. no courtesy that wasn’t cool. Some people have dogs that’s not on leashes no they will not pick up the booboo it could be by your door, if you report it nothing will be done either.. roaches are HORRIBLE!!! There’s more I could say but TO MUCH to type. This my review/opinion but take it into consideration, but do your own research, ask around & form your own opinion!!!"

Rats and roaches are crazy its roach infested with unprofessional landlords the lady yolanda she will get you in but she’s a handful the neighbors are alright its cool here but the roach level is insane if you need to rent here I advise to only do 6 months"

"So the apartment around is nice and the people that lives here are okay. I stay to myself so it's okay here. I'm also a single Mother. But the manager and management is very unprofessional. I would love to talk to the person who owns it.. The rent goes up without an explanation. Alot of people are moving out or has moved and i don't blame them honestly. I haven't had a problem until it comes to the landlord. Is there any way I can get in touch with the owners that's above the landlord? Phone number?? Email???"
