"Friendly Front Desk Person, Clean room, bathroom and if you are like me what to know if there is new bath towels I would say like new but no stains same with the bed sheets. Yoko the Breakfast lady super friendly, wonderful breakfast menu, on Monday there was another lady sorry I didn't catch her name super friendly Close to Air Force Base. we didn't have a pet but there is a sign that says Pet Friendly place. I would stay here again. I hope this helps anyone who is looking for a clean and friendly place that needs to be close to base. I did get to met the Manager when I check out on Monday that was Christmas Morning 2023."

"We had a room on the ground level and it was horribly musty upon just opening the door, and everything felt damp. The bathroom countertop and mirror were quite dirty when we arrived. We only stayed overnight and were more than ready to leave."

"Clean, slow flushing toilet but was fine. Breakfast is OK. Very helpful when I needed ambulance and caring. Price wrong on Google however, it went up, be prepared beforehand or book reservations in parking lot."

"The room was absolutely disgusting. My child had black hands and knees after five minutes of crawling on the carpet. The sheets were stained. The room smelled of mold and mildew. The jet tubs jets were filthy. Not to mention the leftover hair all over the tub from previous people. There wasn't even a proper seal on the door. Won't be back."

"I just returned from this hotel while doing Red Cross training to the Armed Forces. This hotel is HORRIBLE. Me and another Counselor in two SEPERATE rooms IMMEDIATELY left to go to the Walmart 3 doors down to get cleaning products, Lysol, Bleach AND candles. The room smelled of STRONG Marijuana (skunky), the room smelled moldy and cobwebs were certainly noticeable. My toilet would not flush so I had to set my phone to 5-minute increments to keep flushing in order for refuse to go down. The ac was iffy and there were OBVIOUS stains on the sheets. There were unsavory characters just hanging out in the parking lot and partying all hours of the night when I was trying to get sleep. The room access was outside, which in itself was dangerous and allowed these unsavory characters to converge in a parking lot. The ENTIRE hotel looks outdated and needs remodeling as evidenced by the dilapidated sinks, toilet AND bathtub and fixtures. They told me my room was a Non-smoking room, but that was a lie as the smoking affected my allergies all night despite my cleaning the room myself to include burning candles. I would NEVER reside here if I ever returned for any reason."
