"My mother lives here. When she moved in, rent was $600 now it is $980. This place should be ashamed of itself charging elder people this much. The Apartments are not big. The maintenance man does not take care of anything like he should. Her toilet has been laking for more than a month. Now, which is costing her extra because water's not included in rent."

"My Mother was a resident at Sherwood Senior Residents , she recently passed away and went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. She lived there for 4 years . The apartment she had was perfect if there was ever a need Maintenance always provided excellent service in a very timely manner. I would like to give a very heart felt thanks too Mrs. Nikki Williams the property manager, from day one she was always there for my mother , the service she provided with my mom's apartment was Top Shelf. I will say this Mrs. Nikki is one of the kindest people I have ever meet and got to know. After my Mom's passing Nikki was there to make the transition very smooth and orderly. Ms. Williams goes over and beyond to make sure her tenants is happy and comfortable, and the property is kept very beautiful the apartments are so very clean inside when you move in everything is so clean you can't even tell someone else lived there previously, the apartments looked as if everything was new!! Ms.Williams office etiquette is also very top of the line, she understands to have patient's when dealing with her tenants and she resolve's any problems or questions quickly as possible. My mom love it here, and I love it for her."
