"Good apartments that have good tenants"
"My family member lives here. It is well kept up outside. There is a small playground. They do not have washer and dryer hookups in the units. The units are very small. Maybe one or two people living in one unit. The neighbors are extremely nice and will help with almost anything. The people are the best part about these apartments."
"This place is infested with bedbugs!!! Ask any tenant, they all know about the problem but the office ladies act as if they don't know anything about it. They gave me all my money back no questions asked. I feel bad for all the elderly and handicapped tenants!"
"In order for me to leave a comment I had to give them one star. I wouldn’t even give them that. Do not go here. They have a bedbug problem literally moved in and moved out in a day."
"The apartments are ok, could use some updating, but the office staff will lie and steal. When I moved in I was told water and gas was included in the rent. That was a blatant lie told to me by Tammie. And if you call the office for anything they are very short with you. BUT it is quiet and clean."
