"The location of this hotel is stellar, as it was relatively close to both Round Rock and Hot Springs, allowing us to explore both areas on our vacation. The staff at the hotel are friendly and understanding as well. However, the rooms were not the cleanest, there were some stains on the chaise and some stains on the bathroom walls. Overall, a nice hotel that could benefit from a bit more attention to detail with their maintenance."

"On our way from Wisconsin to Texas we stopped for the night in Benton. The staff member Amy made sure we had the vip treatment. She was very helpful. On leaving the next morning on November 18 the lady at front desk was friendly an helpful. I recommend this chain of hotel. We were very pleased"

"We stayed here when we moved our daughter home from school for the summer thinking it would be a good stopping point between Ft. Worth and Indianapolis. We arrived pretty late and Terri handled our check-in at the front desk in a friendly and efficient manner, and told us about the times for breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and good size, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and spacious, with good water pressure in the shower. I also liked that they had the larger refillable bottles for shampoo/conditioner/soap instead of the smaller bottles. The breakfast the next morning was nice and well stocked with plenty of options. The staff working the breakfast and front desk were also very nice and accommodating. All in all, it was a great stay and we will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future trips."
