"Apartment was dirty and bug infested on moving in. Garbage disposal was broken and had to fight management to get it fixed which took 6 months. Shower was broken on move in as well and was never fixed after 2 years. Also hearing gunshots/fighting and having packages stolen was not an uncommon occurrence. Entry ways were dirty and never cleaned. This place would be nice if management put in any effort and didn't accept scummy tenants and at least tried to keep the property clean."
"Good luck getting them to answer LOL! Some guy answered one time and told me an apartment would be ready on the 20th of this month. He never called back and will not answer or respond to text. Laziness"
"I moved here in May of 2019. The property manger at the time was really nice and made sure to handle any issues that arise on the property as a whole and with each unit. The apartments are nice. but it's the hassle of dealing with certain things that make it not worth it! The property is now has a new property manager and things are going downhill!! People have moved out because of this, and I see why!! I have been dealing with a pest issue since December!! They went from doing pest control every month to sporadic times throughout the year! The trash area is disgusting, they don't keep up with debris around the building. The rent was worth it before this... but not now!! Don't think I'll make it until May.... I'm outta here"
