"The room had an awful smell and had dog hair/stains on the couch and bed. Did not stay there and was not able to get money refunded in a timely manner. They said we signed something that said we were okay with it being a pet friendly hotel, don’t recall that anywhere when booking hotel nor was it communicated at check in. If it was online, the site did not clearly state that when booking."
"We made reservations with Hilton 800 number. I told them twice we had a dog, what was the charge. No charge, he said the price would be $159. Ok fine. We got to Home 2 suites and they charged us an additional $75. Not happy. Then the ice machine in out floor was broken and the dishes in the dish washer were dirty. Never washed. We will not return to Home 2 suites."
"The staff have all been so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I really appreciated the treats for my cats and snacks for my toddler that we received upon check-in. My room location changed before I arrived, but the staff was quick to communicate with me over the Hilton app and via a phone call. Their professionalism and attention to detail are very impressive. I marked down the room to a four star rating only because the shower looked as though it had seen better days in comparison to the rest of the room. I also really like the location as there are restaurant options within walking distance."
"Shree and Brittany checked us in efficiently and were so kind. We felt very welcomed and comfortable immediately. Our room was comfortable and clean. The complementary water, apples and peanut butter really put this hotel over the top for us! We will absolutely be back as we visit the area often. Thank you for making our stay so great!"
"Brittany is so amazing and friendly! She is knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I appreciate that she remembered my name and even followed up to see how things were going. After traveling all day, the last thing you want to do is hassle with accommodation. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and she had everything ready to go. Getting checked in was such a breeze. She made this stay so enjoyable and comfortable. I will always remember this experience and I will always stay and refer my friends and family to stay here when in the area."
