"The New Management is soooo much better. Very responsive and polite with a genuine quality to help people. I read the previous reviews and almost didn't call but with the limited rentals in Conway, I had to check them out and I am glad I did. I have clients that look for rentals and I feel comfortable referring them to Glenrock now."

"I would like to say i had a great experience last time i lived here. Loved the place enough to move back. I lived for almost 2 years and had a great rental history with this place. Moved away for a year and a few months. Reapplied to move back. I make more money than I originally did. Have great rental history and better credit than the first time and this time they want a "cosigner" They got me for 60 bucks worth of application fees and wanted a cosigner to pay too. Obviously the new management I heard about is trash and that's why they have dropped below 3 stars on these reviews."

"Terrible management of the whole facility. I moved out about 4 months ago and couldn't be happier. Pool was green all summer, pickle ball court was broken, and they came to change my air filter and never replaced it or put the vent back on. After I moved out, they also proceeded to charge me fees for random things that didn't make sense (like paying for new burners, ones that work perfectly fine and never were broken or damaged). Would not recommend living here."

"I canceled a payment because I was told I didn't owe them that money because it was for an ESA (which is illegal to charge money for.) But, since I canceled it, now I apparently owe it because it cost them to lose money?? Make it make sense. Don't live here. I beg. Let me add that I got this notice over a year later. Now am being threatened to be sent to collections over it. So, they want to ruin MY credit over a charge that they are legally not able to take money from me for. I’ve loved the new management up until this point. They’re great while living there but as soon as you’re gone, you are basically screwed."
