"Don't believe the information they give you. The staff will tell you one thing when you make the appointment only to be told the exact opposite when you show up for the appointment. I was lied to by staff and as a result my scheduled appointment had to be canceled and rescheduled for THREE WEEKS later. This place is utter trash. And as a warning to those who havent started here yet- They overload their workers so much that there is a high turnover. Might not want to bother bonding with your counselor since they'll only be there a few months. Good luck!!"

"inaccessible - only takes new intake appointments in person and starting at 7-8am. how can people that actually need help get it with so many restrictions? unacceptable."

"Hit and miss. There are some counselors/med staff who are quite nice and very professional here and others you'll want to avoid altogether and won't know until they've already been horrible to you. Good times."
