Reviews
"Unacceptable attitude with workers. Rude & disrespectful."
"Yeah. I agree with those 3 that complain about how they treat people. Lol. I sure wouldn't like living some where that has a fence going around me!! When some one says it makes you feel like your living in a correctional institute. When they make someone feel like they're low class dirt that's saying something!!! I hope the people that are in charge of the state housing authorities reads those reviews. And address these issues. Thank goodness the housing authority in magnolia isn't like that here. Which is where i live. LMAO"
"WORST SERVICE EVER!!! APPLIED FOR EMERGENCY HELP FOR ME & MY KIDS & ITS BEEN A MONTH!!!! NO HELP AT ALL.."
"It's really sad that they have some of the housing property gated in like a correctional facility"
"The Hope Housing Authority is Notorious for rude customer service.BOTH receptionist refuse to do more than the bare minimal to help the clients. They are rude and unfriendly. They make you feel like as though you are a burden. But the fact is, they wouldn't have jobs unless there were people who needed their help. Most people who use their services do not have other options and are very thankful to be a part of such a great program. To be treated like a burden upon entering the facility is heartbreaking in itself. Its almost as though they discourage you from asking for any more help or assistance. Most clients are afraid to ask simple questions because the answer will seem forced making the whole encounter uncomfortable. Please, people, you work in an industry that thrives from helping the less unfortunate, the least you could do is have enough compassion in your heart to treat us like people and not low class trash."
