Super 8 by Wyndham Hope

"If you like bugs & want your skin to crawl, this is the place for you. I killed & flushed a black widow. The, I went to wash my hands. Much to my chagrin, the towels were crawling with what appeared to be 2 segmented ant-like bugs! Ew... get me outta here. Wouldn't refund though we were only there about an hour. Never again!!!"

"This motel raises the question of what a Wyndham hotel means. The hotel is aging, which is not a problem in itself, but it has not been properly maintained. The ceilings and walls are deteriorating in places, and hinges are rusting. The bathroom and sink are clean, but the room itself is not the kind of deep clean that allows you to relax. The rug was filthy and the room smelled musty. I can't recommend that anyone stay here."

"The room was dirty. There is a cigarette butt, dirt, and dead bugs behind one of the bedside tables. The tub is dirty. The trash cans weren't properly lined, but had a bag set up for the guest to do the housekeeping job themselves. The breakfast was minimal compared to the other Super 8's that we've been staying at. The lady at the counter was nice though. I like the location too. Note: Railroad tracks are nearby; I like that but some folks don't. I added photos, but they're not posting with this review for some reason."

"This location is tired and in great need of updating and repairs. The rooms were very clean but rust on the walls, peeling paint had been painted over, and no hot water made for a rough visit. Super 8 needs to give this location extra attention, they appear to have a great staff trying to make do with what they have. Sad to see."

"Super is NOT a good description for this motel. Many things are broken. It appears that homeless people live here. Empty shopping carts in the back. See pictures. Shower rod sags - partially broke. Paint pealing off wall. Ran out of hot water. Tabletops no crumbs but smeared not cleaned. See pictures. Bathroom door closes hard. Paint scratches from a dog closed inside the bathroom. Bed was clean and comfortable. Carpet was clean. Two lights by the bed didn't work."
