"We purchased a mobile home threw Wanda Lathem. We closed Oct.20,2023. It was a mobile home. So when time came to get insurance they wanted the DMV title because it’s a trailer. I had to contact the closing company. Finally got it in and the people signed in the wrong place. For FUTURE REFERENCES ASK FOR THE TITLE TO THE TRAILER FOR CLOSING PEOPLE. Sad Sad and we sent her a gift card, I wouldn’t mind it back being we have spent over 100.00 going back and fourth. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. SHE IS NOT WELCOME ON THIS PROPERTY"
