"Worst surgical consult ever! Dr Kristen Jones had a horrible attitude, treated me horribly, acted rushed, and just didn't seem to care one bit about my being in excruciating pain constantly. She actually seemed to be putting me down personally because I smoke,and then threatened that she wouldn't do surgery on me until I was nicotine free for 6 weeks. I understand why,but the threatening, superior attitude was extremely unprofessional. I wonder why she does what she does when she doesn't seem to care about the patients at all. Do NOT go to see this woman! She basically let me ask one question, and acted annoyed, was brief in her answer, and was generally condescending and rude. I'd have given just one stR,but everyone else in the building was kind and courteous. However, Dr Kristen Jones has an oversized ego, and judges without proper context. Awful experience."

"I’ve worked with Dr Andrew Grande since 2013. He is a phenomenal surgeon, has the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve worked with, which has been 30-50, since the mid 90s. Dr Grande has continued to help me despite usually only doing cranial procedures at this point in his career. He’s handled a neck operation, 2 full cutdown carpal tunnel procedures plus an emergency surgery for a bad cellulitis infection a bad provider caused me (that provider was fired for how he treated me & handled my care). He continues to follow me with more cervical issues I have that will eventually require more surgeries. Highly recommend Dr Grande & his team."

"If I could give negative reviews they would get it, I've been in extreme pain for the past 6 months and seems to be getting worse Terese maas absolutely ignored till I filed complaints after it appears they weren't posting my results in mychart, then I meet dr stefan Kim, if he comes in RUN!! I had my appointment and he recommended surgery without even reviewing my chart( I didn't know this at the time) I left and then got called back and was told that he just reviewed my medical chart and I had weak bones per a dexa test...so he can't and won't do anything for me. Funny thing is my primary Dr and radiologist says my dexa is normal for a 40 yr old and that there is no bone density issues. As an afterthought he made several transphobic comments so if you need surgery look elsewhere!!!"

"I had very poor care here. First I had a very long wait and then when I finally seen the doctor it was very rushed and it was a consult for a second opinion and the appointment last maybe 15 to 20 minutes and I feel like that was because she was behind so she was rushing through certain patients. Then when I asked her for advice on my condition she had none and didn’t know what to tell me. Then I found out she consulted with the doctor I had seen first which upset me because I was seeing her for a second opinion and not wanting his opinion again. I wanted to hear what she wanted to say about my condition but got nothing. I feel it was a waste of my time and money and regret not going to the Mayo for my second opinion."

"The only good thing I can say about the surgery center is that it's clean and professional looking . Other than that, my experience was anything but good . The doctor was very dismissive of my problems. This doctor completely misdiagnosed my case for one thing and her nurses or care Cordinator did not follow up or return calls . The nurse Carrie Anderson had promised to call me on a Monday about a month ago . I have still never had a return call . This experience was awful , the doctor's name was Doctor Michelle Jones . This review is shown as being from Carol Gilbertson, but my name has been changed now to carol carter , which is how I was seen ."
