"The new disclaimer policy is ridiculous. You have to not only for the transaction with my bank card but now you have to sign for a disclaimer as well. I would think my signature once would be enough. I'm not trying to buy a car!!!"
"One of the worst customer service! The worst place to buy a product! I bought an IPX80 at the store on 07/10/2023. I wanted to test it, I was told that I had to pay before I can test it, it was the only product on the shelf. I paid, and the store lady prepped the device. An hour later at home I see the pod was leaky. I knew it was not normal as I did go through the product review online, I received a damaged product for sure! I visited the store next day, was told to call the store manager from 8AM to - 3PM, Ricky is his name. Spoke to him, and he agreed to replace it, I told him to inform his store associates to know of my visit. Wonderful job 'Ricky'! I visit the store and the guy wasn't informed, I tried to explain him but he was like "No we cant and replace the product" I am done with this stupidity and demand a refund!"
"40 years old and have never felt the need to leave a review anywhere until now. And hour and a half ago I went to the Rogers vapor world to buy a new mod tank and batteries for my wife. The guy that worked there despite doing the best he could was obviously new and horribly under trained and was left to work the store alone. He sold us the mod kit and batteries and we left. After arriving at home les than ten minutes later I opened one battery box to start charging them and noticed that we were giving the wrong size batteries for the mod we bought and already have. No biggie we drove back to the store. The same man that sold us the batteries called his manager to ask how to handle the exchange for the correct batteries and here is where the issue comes in!! On speaker phone so everyone could hear she said sorry we don’t take batteries back, he explained to here that he just sold them to us and that he gave us the wrong ones and we weren’t trying to get our money back just exchange for the correct ones that were a couple dollars a piece cheaper than what we were sold. At this point the manager told this new undertrained and alone worker that he would have to pay for the correct batteries himself because they don’t take batteries back!!! Unbelievable! All that needed to happen was take the batteries I paid for back and replace them with the correct ones! I didn’t even care about the price difference just needed batteries that fit what mod I bought but no! This worthless manager had the gall to tell this guy who’s not been set up to do his job correctly that HE HAS TO PAY $50 OF HIS MONEY TO COVER THE BATTERIES AND THE MISTAKE! Absolutely ridiculous!! I wasn’t going to make him have to pay that money so I paid for the original batteries $55 and they got them back and paid $53 for the correct batteries that I got. First worst manager I’ve dealt with anywhere. Your employees are a representation of you as a manager. Second as far as business practices if this is how you do your customers regularly than shame on you! I’ve been a customer from the start but today will be the last time I set foot in any of your stores. That young man that works there should cut his losses and walk."
"I recently made a purchase of 2 coils at this location. They were the wrong one for my vapor. I would like to thank Caleb for allowing me to exchange them. Many places will not. The customer service he provided was great. Vapor world earned a loyal customer that day my money will be spent with them. There prices are fair and there employees friendly and knowledgeable."
