"My initial communication with this organization was good and I was able to schedule a virtual appointment. However, after that it was terrible. I would never recommend them unless you have no other options. Confusing communication about how to access the video visit, 24 hours only to complete the intake paperwork, required to download an app to join the video visit, but none of the communications said specifically to do that. 15 minutes before the appointment, I called and spent 10 minutes on hold before being forced to leave a message. No one followed up regarding the missed appointment. One day later I submitted a contact form with my issues. No one called or emailed me. The only communication I got was a one sentence text at 7:30pm on a Sunday asking if I would like to reschedule. I said "no thank you," to which there was no reply. Unprofessional, especially for mental health services."

"They canceled my appointment without telling me even though they claimed they sent an email telling me (they never did) because I didn’t fill out intake forms that I never got. All I got was one email from them where I filled everything out that I needed to and signed it and created an account with the app they use for patient portal. Although the woman I was speaking to about this had a soft tone you could tell she had an attitude and was adamant on what she knew from HER end. Definitely glad the appointment I was suppose to have was via telehealth and not in person. Completely unimpressed and just devastated that yet again, I have to find another clinic that fires on all ends and puts their patients first."
