"My visit to the Shoreview Urgent Care clinic was exactly what I needed. I was seen within minutes of checking in. The nurse and follow-up visit with the doctor was efficient, complete and they really listened to my symptoms. My test results were posted the next day in MyChart and within an hour, I got a call from the clinic and they prescribed the medication immediately to my pharmacy. It couldn't have gone better."

Everyone read each other’s notes so I never had to explain a symptom twice and I got text updates for the waiting room so I got to wait at home!!! "It was extremely busy when I arrived at the center. The young lady who was doing the intake process was very efficient and effective in getting everyone processed and explaining the procedure for getting called back to see the doctor. I was very impressed at how quickly she processed all the patients that were waiting to be seen. Once I was called back, the nurse was very efficient in taking my vitals and history and relaying that information to the physician."

"While the nurses and staff were very professional and caring, what ever system they use to “schedule” patients is repulsive. When checking in, there were five people that had checked in remotely that were definitely not in the building. Since they were checked in, and there were more behind them, I was put to the back of the “line”. A walk in to the urgent care took roughly 3 hours before I was called to the back. It has been turned into a short order general practitioner office than that of urgent care. I do hope that Allina finds a way to adjust this style of “urgent”."

"While the check in before arriving feature was nice, the actual care I received was not helpful. It felt like the doctor couldn’t care less about my health and didn’t provide much detail or solutions for my issue. Instead of providing answers or trying to figure out what was wrong she just asked me what I wanted to do and then essentially told me nothing was wrong. I ended up having to go back to another urgent care two days later at a non-Allina clinic and was provided with much better care and service. My visit here felt like a waste of time and money. Happy I was able to get answers and a solution elsewhere."
