"Misspelled name which leads to calls and calls fixing it, claim never submitted to insurance because the insurance information was never added to the account, etc. It takes at least 20 minutes to get someone on the phone which likely means they're awfully understaffed. The medical and admin staff were good, but I would not do this again!"

"I've been familiar with Allina all of my life, the inside joke is that if you want to die then you go there. It's extremely rare to have a good experience. My first interaction with this location was a simple telephone appointment and the nurse I was talking to tried coercing me into care I didn't need and then threatening me that if I didn't do certain procedures then they wouldn't be able to see me or care for me. This is a place that will stigmatize and treat you with bias based on pretty much anything from weight to race. What's my condition? I'm 11 weeks pregnant. Don't go here y'all. Run."

"So everyone was nice but it seemed like nobody wanted to be there. I was given a referral to see a specialist, thinking I would have a thorough evaluation and spend time going over possible causes. Nope! They did everything Urgent Care/ and your typical OB does to get you in and out. The basics. When I told the doctor about my symptoms and concerns all of her responses were the same, “uh huh, yeah”, as if she really wasn’t listening and wanted to get my appt out of the way. I will never go back and wished I looked at the reviews before I scheduled my appointment. I’m not sure if they lacked knowledge or just don’t care enough but they get paid pretty good for doing a lousy job."

"I have had a totally different experience than the negative reviews on here. Dr. Moes is awesome and has great bedside manner. All of the nurses are so sweet and attentive. I never have an issue scheduling my appointments and I’ve never had one cancelled or rescheduled. This is my first pregnancy and I’ve really enjoyed going to my visits thanks for Dr. Moes and their office."

"The doctors seem OK at best. The communication between doctors, staff, etc is TERRIBLE. It's evident they are not all on the same page. Well unincluding the mutual goal to maximize profit via referrals and procedures. There is a front desk woman "Mary V" she is absolutely heinous. I mean the literal definition of OBNOXIOUS. She must be in a Union because she would have been fired from anywhere else. She shouts all of your private information for the entire hospital to hear, she is extremely condescending, and publicly scrutinizes her co-workers. A woman walked in today literally in labor and this woman "#FrontDeskMary", shouts to her "well your doctor is not in today." I mean she literally had no sympathy. I had walked up to the woman and told her to go to the er next door because she is probably in labor. #FrontDeskMary says one minute and that she went to ask people in the back. Mary also shouted to the woman "Didn't you just have a c-section?", the patient was CLEARLY 9months pregnant. 39weeks to be exact, she was bleeding. With each patient that walked in, I could probably tell you their mothers middle name thanks to #FrontDeskMary. In short, if you don't mind violations of privacy practices, being patronized and spoken down to, not being heard by staff, and just want the benefits of that pretty hospital then this is the place for you! If not, stick with Allina, but please for goodness sakes, spare yourself the embarrassment and see your provider in Eagan!! (Ps they finally ended up walking the woman to ER. As she should have initially told a bleeding 39week pregnant woman in pain. Smh)"
