"Samantha, Kelly and Malorie at the Burnsville location helped me regain my balance and helped with my dizzyness/vertigo. They work as a team and have taught me how to win this battle of vestibular migraines and my migraine attacks. It’s nice to go here they treat you like family and are generally concerned about me and my symptoms! They work close together so you don’t have to repeat yourself as they keep each other informed and up on the ongoing health issues. They all listen and understand what is going on which helped me understand the severity of my issue. I have learned a lot about the human brain and how to maneuver through my hard days. I would recommend this medical team to anyone who is living with these same symptoms!"

"I was recomended to come here by a friend when I started Experiencing Vertigo issues last summer. The whole care team here was so professional and kind with diagnosing me. Coming up with a care plan and treating me. From PA Moore to all the Physical therapist that treated me... I felt so cared for. Also what I liked was Everything was in-house I didn't have to go from building to building for diagnosis to treatment to visit my doctor it was all right there. Yes I would Definitely Recommend them. If you to be Treated like you matter then go see them!!"

"Amazing center for concussions and post concussion syndrome. I was so lost and confused after suffering back to back concussions. I had migraines, confusion, memory problems, vision, and dizziness. I was also mad about the whole thing thinking it would get better with time, but it didn't. I had no idea what to expect and frankly I really did not want to go to therapy but they have proven themselves and have gotten me back to almost normal. I couldn't have gotten better without coming to ndbc thank you for all of your hard work, patience, and kindness. It was worth it."
