"Depending on one's own individual care needs, my review is based solely on my experience with this facility. To make the review short, the care that was "provided" simply didn't need to be done. Based on the information I provided before my visit; a simple yes, you need to be seen by a doctor or a no, we cannot provide any care to you at this facility, was all that was needed. Instead, something that could been resolved over a phone call, they determined had to be an actual visit. Therefore I am now billed for a specialty visit that was unwarranted, and unneeded. If one is looking for streamlined, efficient medical care that caters to the needs and requests of the individual in a cost effective matter, I would suggest looking elsewhere."
