"I love the Raymond Ave Kai Shin staff who are personable, they provide great communication and are accommodating to my MAT/therapy needs. The front desk employees remember me and address me by name before I check-in and always have a can-do attitude. Just today when I was there Lindsey (reception) helped me out with my broken zipper and Doug helped me adjust the fender on my bike (that was rubbing on my tire) without hesitation. I meet with her weekly and I grow more fond of her after every session. Katherine amazes me with the many different areas in which she has real life experience, education and wisdom. I feel safe and eager to grow with Katherine's professional and relatable guidance. Katherine teaches me tools that are not only relevant in my day-to-day life but are such "game changers" that I'm eager to share her teachings with my loved ones.
