Twin Cities Orthopedics with Urgent Care Edina - Crosstown

"This is my fist time at this location. The dr and care team exceeded my expectations. With excellent care and explanation of care at home. Now for the front desk greeter on lower level could definitely use a course in customer service help. As I am in excruciating pain using a walker I gave her my info but proceeded to help both people before me. When I commented why would you do that when you can see I can hardlystand you rudly replied" it only took 3 seconds" which it was longer but her reply. She should've kept it to her self. Then as my husband wheeled me into the elevator he said " have a nice rest of your day" she replied " mmh hmm" just rude. I explain all this to my intake nurse, she claimed I would be able to talk to a front desk manager but never happened. A simple apology and to acknowledge she did wrong would've been so much better than her non professional attitude. My visit was 3/6/24 @ 945am"

I would have liked to have gotten more direction on exactly what to do and what not to do with my plantar fasciitis, but at least I got it diagnosed, got an air cast and got a follow-up appointment scheduled."
