"I didn't want to give them one star. This is the worst experience of my life. I had two wisdom teeth removed.10 days later I'm still in pain and my jaw is still swollen. I can't sleep, think, eat, concentrate or work. The dentist that was a resident which I wasn't told until the procedure was done, Knutsen, he is the worst dentist from hell. I been bk two times in the last week crying because I'm still in pain. The force he used was tramatic, and my smile is not the same. I think I seen him laughing at my pain, I'm almost sure. I just wanted to get the hell outta there. God sees all things and I hope and pray that anyone who sees this, don't trust your mouth to him and his non caring co workers. They smile but are evil and they know it."

They’re nice but sometimes, we do not have good experience with 1-2 interpreters who usually blame her when she does something incredibly. How do I know? I always go with her and sit there and listen. I can do it myself but because we trust interpreters who know more and have more experience about medical language"

"Healthpartners' inter-specialty communication is opaque and nebulous, and you will spend hours and hours listening to hold music if you want to reach someone on the phone. I've never been able to talk to anyone directly in the clinic, actually - it appears that all calls are funneled through one system and there's no way to get around it. BUT everyone I've worked with has been awesome, so once you can get through it's great- it's just navigating the system that sucks."
