"Have not been going here long. My neuro quit and the only appt they had for me was over a year later, I still haven't had the appt but meanwhile my migraines have gotten worse. I can't imagine that in a year and a half they never had any other openings. Also the receptionist was not very pleasant. I kept saying I needed to get in sooner and she just kept saying, well if you want to stick with the lakeville office, despite myself saying several times that I did not need to stay there if my neuro was no longer there."

"Absolute worst experience ever. It took them 7 months post accident to find Brain aneurysms. And then they poisoned me with injections. Actually changed formula with out there own knowledge. They don’t care they just rake in the money."

"Do NOT go here if you value your life. You are given a number to your "care team" but they don't ever answer nor do they ever call back when you leave a voicemail, same thing with the emailing. I had to email corporate in order to get a response last time. I'm trying to give them another chance but they hadn't responded to yet another email from a week ago so I had to send yet another one because I'm running out of my anti seizure meds. With these meds you can NOT quit cold turkey but at this point it looks like I'm going to have to. If I have a massive seizure it will be on Norans hands. This is seriously very scary to deal with a brain issue and not be able to get ahold of anyone and if you do you are told the message has been sent to the Dr but then you never hear anything from them again."

"Receptionist/ scheduler is blunt and rude- I am sorry I inconvenienced your day by calling you- please find another job where you are happy. We scheduled an appointment but will switch to somewhere else- people please read these reviews and go somewhere else. My goodness we all have a choice where you receive care-not here!"

"The appointment desk was short with me right off the bat. Had to wait a month to get in unfortunately but that’s not a huge deal. Once I finally had my appointment for chronic migraines and complicated migraines the other physician I had barely listened to me. He just wanted to talk about everything else and have small talk and get me out of there. I kept trying to ask the details on what is happening with my weird migraines and he would barely give me any info and brush me off and change the subject to random things that had to do with nothing like what is my baby’s name or where my husband was shot. I wasn’t listened to at all. I came out just as confused and no solutions. He said the office would call to set up a test (which he made it sound like he was only saying that to get me to shut up) and it’s been almost a week and no one has called about anything. I know migraines aren’t super serious or life threatening generally but I suffer from these bad ones almost every other day. I am a mother and care provider to my handicapped husband. I needed one person just to listen to my pain and help me find a solution so I can continue to take care of them but your clinic was nothing but helpful. I will be sure to let my general practitioner know to not send her other patients there in the future."
