"Not organized, I had an appointment and the staff wasn’t even aware that I should’ve been there until he had to call someone on the phone to confirm my appointment. after 1hr, I was brought other forms to fill up stating that system changed and they brought the wrong forms earlier. This site needs to focus on organizing themselves."
