"Checked in about 10:30 AM with bad cold symptoms with concerns of sinus and/or chest infection. Told there were 12 ahead of me and would be 1 a 1.5 he wait and I was welcome to wait in car and they would call me. After about 1.5 hr I went back in and asked where I was on list. I’m told I now have 8 ahead of me. I politely said that didn’t make any sense. Asked how long the wait was now. Said another 1.5 hr…maybe. Others had come and gone while I was there. Went back to car to wait but after about 45 minutes I left, purposely not telling them to cancel my place in queue. Now 6+ hours later no call to even say that cannot see me today. Do not…literally…waste your time at this extremely poorly managed non-urgent care. My biggest regret is not reading all the other bad reviews before I went."
"Look complainers I read all these complaints you all dont know what you are talking about. The wait time will be long DUH! Its not any different then an ER. I see people have complained that they needed services right away cuz of a concussions LOL don't go to Urgent Care for that or a heart attack or any abd pain or Head injury URGENT cares do NOT have scans they dont have Ultrasound for miscarriages or OB pts or to tell if u have something going on with your ovaries or dont deal with OB care those of you that have had your 1st OB should know to call your OB or go to labor or delivery or ER!! Get educated people Urgent care is for little emergent things Like sore throat or colds or rashes something not way emergent but something u couldnt get in right away with your primary. Dont use them as a doctor either they hate that. At UC they can only do limited labs meaning ones that can come back same day because they have different providers everyday and they dont follow up with labs so no DOT physicals or any med checks or refills can be done its not urgent care needs and they only do xrays so read this helpful info and stop complaining yes it will be a long wait and yes u may only be seen for 5min its urgent care and there are 30 other pts they need to see after u so if your condition is quick to diagnose to bad move on!!!! Its not your primary doctor.!!!"
"All red flags except for the lab station, go somewhere else. I took my daughter here for blood work a few weeks ago. Upon getting into the waiting room a woman came out furious with her daughter announcing to the whole waiting room. “This place does not know how to take care of children, I wouldn’t trust them. Ridiculous” I thought she was joking, but weeks later I couldn’t have agreed more. I have a chronic illness and have been patient long enough to know when someone is lying. I’ve tried to schedule appts for my baby who is underweight. I tried to get a pediatrician over 6 months ago- told on the phone that they’re booked out and don’t have anyone available, but they then said they found a pediatrician and scheduled my daughter. We go to this appt and it ends up being a PAC, and at the end of the appt they told me I should establish care with a pediatrician… essentially wasting my time. We went thinking it was a ppediatrician for my baby and wasted both time and money. This person told us also not to use purée until we see another doc. It’s been months & my daughter is due for her 12 month app. I called last week to set this appt & explained to the girl on the phone how I was told this location doesn’t have anymore pediatricians etc,… I took the time to make sure this new appointment was set up with a pediatrician, that everything was all set. Now. Week later I have a message claiming my appointment was scheduled wrong and that I need to call to reschedule it. I know how this goe, they’re going to tell me that they’re now booked out for x amount of months and they won’t be able to get us in for her 12 month anytime soon. It’s hard to screw up scheduling an appointment, especially for how long we were on the phone, something does NOT add up At this location. I’m not sure if they’re just hiring atnyvosy, but as a medical peofsssional facility, they need to take accountability and make things right. If it was scheduled wrong, I know for a fact M health would take the time to reach out the SAME day to let me know, instead they waited, maybe someone working wanted more time off or something. I don’t know. Just don’t lie to me and tell me it’s scheduled wrong after the fact I spent time explaining on the phone. Attention to detail isn’t something that should be lied on a resume. I’ve had several issues with the person scheduling/answering just for this location. The stress of having to call back to reschedule an appt you already took the time to schedule, it’s not worth it, I highly suggest GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! SUPPORT businesses and medical places that KNOW what they’re doing and TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY, instead of EXCUSES. this place is not it. I get it, it’s Brooklyn park, I don’t care if this place is local to you, don’t waste your time. I’ve gone to other locations and this location is a disappointment. I think corporate needs to make some surprise visits or phone calls because this is not okay. Either the workers are unqualified or computers are somehow “accidents” scheduling appointments wrong. Red flags all around besides the lab station- the staff there were very nice and helpful & professional."
"The clinic was nice, and the staff was fabulous; however, I only gave this clinic two stars because of the provider we saw. Took my parents in for a physical check-up, and personally, it was the first time meeting with the provider, yet the meeting lasted shorter than I expected. The provider ordered a few labs for my parent and left the room without letting us know we were done and ready to go home. We looked at each other dumbfounded as we waited patiently to see what was next, but after some time, we ought to know we were done with the check-up. First impression: I was not impressed at all."
"I was in and out within the predicted wait time, all the employees I interacted with were very kind. I got a strep test and checked in online which made the process much smoother. There was one person working at reception that was yelling/ she was talking loud enough that I could hear confidential information of other patients."
