"The facility is fine, my Physical Therapist was professional and pleasant. Upon my first visit, the front desk made me feel like it was an imposition that I was actually there for an appointment. My second visit was worse.. I was late by (20) minutes (my fault) however, upon arrival the same desk person (previously mentioned) scolded at me and my tardiness, (there are others within the Therapy community who do call to remind you a day in advance of your appointment this clininc is not one of them). When I asked if she could "sneak me in"-- I was firmly told "no" I can not do that in anyway... Shocking to me was her response. I was not asked if I wanted to reschedule, nor was there any attempt beyond the computer look up to try and accommodate me, nor was there any attempt to have the PT Practitioner made aware of have any opportunity to make that decision herself. (I would say that the receptionist must be the owner too.) I can only surmise that they have more business that they know what to do with. I have since decided to go elsewhere. As a paying customer I like to think that my business means something to someone. The arrogance of the front desk (first point of contact) left much to be desired. When clients have a choice do employee's actually think that the customer's want to be treated like garbage? If anyone reads this and has a choice about where, and whom you would like to see, I would suggest to seriously look at more that just this one option."
