"I've been working with Molly King at Insipred Athletx for 11 months now. As a lifelong athlete, I wanted physical therapy that was focused not only on relieving pain but corrective so I could lift again. She started by evaluating my lifting form/movement habits and was able to critique based on my injury history. She used a variety of techniques like dry needling, manual therapy, and the exercises she assigned were easy to work into my training program. For the past 4 months, I have been able to squat with no pain, deadlift, and even start running again.
