"Former patient of Dr Rizvi here. He and his staff are rude and unprofessional. Was seen for lupus, fibromylgia and a back injury. He has no time for his patients. Dr is in and out of the room as fast as possible and did not listen to me when I spoke. Takes forever to return phone calls and refill medications. Was prescribed a controlled substance until he abruptly cut me off, sending me into withdrawl symptoms. Was told by other Dr's he should have weaned me off of it instead of cutting me off suddenly. He's only there for the $, not to help the patient. Do Not recommend this Dr/clinic."

He was very empathetic, thorough, listened to my problems, explained me about diagnosis, discussed various treatment options and provided excellent care. "Both receptionist and doctor were very rude. Doctor constantly talking over me and not listening to what I was saying. I have been dealing with arthritis my entire life and he was talking to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Didn’t get anything resolved. Waste of time. Do NOT come to this clinic if you actually want help."

"A few receptionists are great. One is extremely rude. The doctor has no time for you if you have a flare up and need time off work to recover. Does not actually hear your concerns and takes no time with patients. They have issues with any paperwork regarding time off work for flare ups, treatments etc. I enjoyed this clinic at first and its a fine place if you don't need time off work or anything more than basic check ups to refill meds but beyond that be prepared to argue and maybe even cry to try to get the help you need (time off work, x-rays, MRI's, review and potentially change medications you may be on etc)."
