"Was seen virtually for a cough I had for 9 days. Dr Julie Wolfgram advised me to get in for an xray right away. I did just that. In fact, it was only about a half hour after we spoke. She told me she’d get back to me with results and if the xray was negative, she’d treat me for bronchitis. I hadn’t heard from her so I messaged, using mychart. I received a response from a nurse who was very little help. I learned that Julie was off for the day and they didn’t see any notes from Julie on a treatment plan. I was told to go to urgent care if I needed something right away. See photo of message. Being in agony now for 10 days, I went in and saw another doctor and was treated properly. Some people just don’t know how to communicate and it’s a shame they’re in this line of work. When someone needs medical help, we count of them to take care of us and not leave us hanging. I would not see Julie again. I also now have to pay two co-pays because of her lack of communication and professionalism. But I doubt she’ll even care. I’m just one person she left hanging, right?"

"I was hospitalized for a stroke about 1 1/2 years ago. I am single, living by myself. the stroke didn't have a life altering effect on me but there was a period of confusion. When I got home, I was flooded with bills from the hospital. I was put under unnecessary stress receiving bills from every provider while also trying to figure everything out by myself. I was extremely upset for a while and told myself, that was my last time with Allina. I calmed down after a while and while I still use and am happy with Allina. That was an extremely unpleasant experience."
