"The people here are very nice and they were very helpful and kind for when it came to cleaning. When it came to emergency appointments they REALLY seemed to want to treat you ASAP not just coming in, but also in the appointment itself going insanely quickly, which is top notch. The only flaw is that regular appointments aren't particularly easy to do over the phone. In person it's easy, but calling them is challenging."

"I am so, so tired of the abusive dentists in the US. If you're able, please go to Mexico for treatment, where you're treated with kindness and patience - like an actual human being - for a fraction of the cost. And the dental work is good! Both times I've been here with my child, the same person Tan Dhoopar was incredibly rude and weirdly accusatory. I heard her talking very kindly to the hygienist moments before interacting with me, which makes it even more confusing. Her questions and comments were condescending, and she seemed irritated to have to deal with us. I will be finding another dentist, even if I have to drive much further to get there. We are all trying our best and I just don't understand how someone feels justified treating their patients like this."

"My experience today was amazing. As someone who hadn’t been to the dentist in at least 6 years before today due to severe anxiety, I felt completely welcomed and comforted. Anna was very understanding and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Though I didn’t spend much time with him today, I can already tell that Dr. Lester is awesome. I am excited and confident for him to be the one to fix my teeth. It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you all for helping me get back on track!"

"I really struggled with how many stars to give. The hygienist and the Dentist were wonderful. The front desk does not answer the phone but calls you back. I had an infected tooth and was referred to a specialist to see if the tooth could be saved. The x-ray needed to be sent over to the specialist. I called and told them where to send it, gave them the email address, they said it would be done that day. I waited two days the x-ray had not been sent. Then there was a long 4 day weekend. I was on antibiotics and in pain. I called back again on Tuesday they had forgotten to send it, precious time had been wasted. They need to hire better help up front."

"Here’s 100% the honest truth! I had not been to a dentist is too many years. I had a strong dental phobia! One day I drove there and explained my situation the the gals at the reception desk and asked if they had staff that is “extra compassionate” and the gals LIT UP and said that they had the perfect combo for me. My appointment time came and they were correct! Dr. Lester and Anna have been so super kind and have been getting me “back on track” with my dental needs. I can be so truthful and say that I no longer have a phobia. I have a lot of gratitude for the office. Thank you!"
