"I had made an appointment online. Check-in was very smooth and I had no wait time. Kira and her trainee were very kind, professional and thorough. I would return to this location in a "Minute"!"
"Brooke was rude and in a hurry. I was in and out of the clinic for a strep test in 9 minutes, which usually would be great except I was charged $139 for "new patient extended visit." What does that even mean? Now I get to spend time on the phone disputing the charge. What a waste."
"Not staffed. Check-in and scheduling are done through a touch-screen kiosk. We were on time and there was nobody to ask how much longer we needed to wait."
"Brooke was short and unsympathetic. was told the wrong billing information on the phone, when I tried to verify it with Brooke she corrected me and proceeded to spend the first few minutes of my appointment chuckling and saying she "didn't know why they would tell me that." I told her I didn't really find the situation funny and would appreciate if she stopped laughing. she said she was not laughing and then continued with my appointment. interrupted me explaining my symptoms with "so that's all?" gave me an estimate for a check up at 159 dollars despite the website saying the max is $20 less. when asked why she just shrugged and said she didn't know. told me I would have better luck at urgent care when I asked if we could just do the check up as I couldn't currently afford other out of pocket services. you would think working with sick and hurt people, you would learn how to show some sensitivity."
"I've been to this Minute Clinic maybe three times and have had short waits and friendly service each time. Minus one star for their kiosk that you have to mess with for the appointment because it is slow and takes maybe three attempts before it'll read my card, and doing that entire process three times can waste up to ten minutes! Other than that I've had nothing but good experiences both at the clinic & pharmacy, and inside the store."
