"Just an FYI for anyone in need of urgent care. I went there for urgent care services and was billed for the visit. My insurance company said they coded it in as an office visit and would need to speak with North Memorial's billing. The billing associate informed me that they will not change the code and that is just the way they bill for urgent care. I would drive a little bit further for urgent care services if you don't want to pay out of pocket for an office visit."

"Veterans Beware, North Memorial has and continues to try and bill around the Veteran Affairs system. I was warned not to use the facility as multiple people had told me of their suspicious billing, because this was coordinated with the VA I assumed there would be a level of professionalism. My experiences in this review are specific to Blaine's location and Rheumatology and Billing Services"

"Came in to see Dr. Mayra G. Medina today for Gout and she was a pleasure to work with. She listened to me and walked through the steps to take to get better care and what the next steps were so we could get me to where I want to be with my Gout. This Doctor listens instead of just feeding you pills. She wants to see results!"

"I brought my 7 year old daughter in for a potential yeast infection. Dr. Rachel E. Hildebrand pulled up graphic photos of post-pubescent female genitalia to show my daughter and I what type of rash to look out for when using the cream she prescribed. I quickly turned my daughter's head to the side so she wouldn't see the graphic content, but she did briefly see the photo. The pediatrician had no regard for childhood innocence. It was a shocking experience. Will not be returning."
