"This business does not know what they are doing in terms of administration and organization. I ordered safety glasses for work here and when a staff member showed me frames, I asked which ones were free/completely covered by my work plan. She said all of them. The next morning, she called and said they made a mistake and I selected frames that were not free. I could either pay out of pocket or go back and select covered frames from a very limited selection. I told her to go ahead, but I was annoyed since I explicitly asked in store before I selected my frames. When I picked up my glasses, after the staff member fitted me, he and the receptionist told me to have a good day, so I assumed they were billing work for cost they mentioned previously or made a mistake with the cost and everythign was fine, so I walked out. I'm almost home when they call me to say I actually owe them that balance and need to turn around and pay."

"Hey guys, I just had the most pleasant eye doctor visit at Four Seasons Eyecare in Minnetonka! I was sore afraid (Christmas) and dreaded going in there. I had to go in to complete some DMV papers for my new driver's license in August. The location was easy to find. The doctor that I saw (Evans) was really young and gentle with my eyes. Her exam was quick and efficient. All of her assistants were also easy and patient with me. Her receptionist (Mona) was very helpful and even faxed my papers to the DMV while I was selecting my new glasses! I only paid a $25 copay for my new reading glasses and that included bifocals! I can't say enough positive things about this place!"
