"I went here for about 2-3 sessions. My therapist was always late, and then just straight up didn't show up one day. I called and left a voice mail (because they dont answer phones calls) and told them I'd like to switch therapists because this one was always late. Fast forward 2 weeks, and I still have not heard anything from them or my therapist. Pretty unprofessional, honestly. I understand that times are tough, but atleast give your clients a call back."
