"My doctor Nick left the practice and when I needed to refill my antidepressants which were out, they would not respond to my pharmacy fax and I had to call them. They said I had to make an appt with a new doctor. I also urged them to help advise my pharmacy and authorize to provide me some as they couldn't get me in for a week which the woman rudely advised that's up to the provider and they never responded back to the pharmacy so I'm without my medication until then!??!"
