"I have been going to this clinic for about 10 years and have had nothing but excellent care. The first doctor I went to was dogged in her quest to find a medication or cocktail of medication’s that brought my blood pressure down to a level I was comfortable with. She was successful after much research and communication with other doctors, and I am so grateful. She moved so her predecessor that I’ve been seeing for four years is also wonderful and I am so happy with everything about this clinic."

"My primary care doctor is here. I like her. But it now takes over 90 days to get an appointment. It costs $49 to send an email to her. Effectively I have no access to my primary doctor without waiting 3 months. I’m told she’s adding new patients so it will be longer in the future. If I need to be seen before that it’s either the ER or some random doctor that I’ll never see again. And any followup email is another $49. It’s as if they really don’t want to provide any service if they don’t have to. And their policy is you cannot change doctors within the practice. That way they can screw you over on the appointment scheduling and there’s not a thing you can do about it. The healthcare system, as represented by this otherwise fine clinic, is an absolute disaster."
