"Today Dr. Jill saw my father for his eye issue. Dr. Jill was very friendly, intelligent, and respectful. She explained and discussed all our concerns about his treatment. We will defiantly come back! Also Monica who did our intake was excellent!!"
"The best specialists who have helped us to get great glasses for both our children. Considered all of our wishes. Short time of waiting. Very polite and helpful receptionists. High level of service and customer support. Thank you so much."
"Disappointed!!! My daughter went for an exam and received a prescription. She was asked to choose a frame, which she did but wanted it in blue instead of the pink they had on display. We were told the blue will be ordered and ready in two weeks. Waited almost 8 weeks with several calls to ask for an update, which they don't pick up their calls. We finally got a text that her frame is ready for pick-up, upon getting there we were given the same frame(pink) that had been on display from the very first day( we were told the blue will be ordered, which was why we waited that long). I immediately told the lady that blue was what my daughter picked, and that if she had wanted the pink, we wouldn't need to wait this long, she could have gotten that the first day. The lady proceed to say "the order says pink" while skimming through the paper (order form) she had, but wouldn't let us see it. She concluded by saying "can she wear the pink for the main time, we would order the blue now, call you when it's ready and she can just come in to swap the frame. " I took her word for it(believed this place again), it's been over two months, nothing has been heard from bright vision. My daughter is now stuck with something she doesn't like. I feel disappointed and tricked."
"Not recommended. First my oldest son. Bright eyes called as a reminder that he is due for his yearly check up. My husband scheduled and went. We then get a bill in the mail for his exam, when my husband called to ask why we got a bill for his yearly exam, they simply told him because he was seen 4 days prior to the date of his yearly exam. What! Really, why call and tell us he was due in the first place and then not to mention we needed to schedule after that date. Second time, yes we decided to give them another go just recently. For my youngest who is 5yrs old. My 5 year old really wanted glasses and he was super excited to get the exam. From there I felt like he/I was being taken advantage of. Dr. Told me that he has a pretty bad astigmatism in one eye and he needed glasses. Fine bought his glasses and was told he needed to come back for a follow up appointment to see how he was doing with the perspiration. I asked if the cost would be out of pocket because I know my insurance only covers one exam a year. They told me no and that it would be covered under the yearly exam because they want to make sure his perspiration was right. A week before his follow up appointment I still haven't heard back from them if his glasses came in yet. No one answers the phone nor returns voice mails. I happen to be in with my middle child and ask if his glasses are in. Yup. No phone call nothing to let me know they came in. My 5 year old is a week a way from his follow up appointment. He was super excited but sadly he was unable to wear them because he couldn't see out of them and was hurting his eyes. Come his follow up appointment I was told by a different Dr. That his first perspiration was pretty high and that she thought maybe the first Dr. Did it because he has a pretty bad astigmatism in one eye. So she ended up lowering it. Schedule another follow up appointment for 5 weeks out. Just got a bill in the mail for his exam. Wth! Try calling billing and was told yes its a payable bill and wasn't a mistake. Try calling Bright eyes and got voice mail. My husband went in and asked to talk to someone in charge, he talked to the guy at the front about the bill, he was kinda confused as why we got a bill because it should of been included with the yearly exam as a follow up. Guy told my husband that he will talk to the Dr. And manager to get it sorted out. Manager called my husband and said that it wasn't a mistake but it should of been sent through our insurance and they should cover it because my 5yr old was diagnosed with Amblyopia. Wait what this is the first time I'm hearing about him having this diagnosis. I have taken him to both appointments and nothing was ever said or taked about Amblyopia. Canceled his up coming follow up and taking him somewhere else. Poor business highly don't recommend at least for parents with small children."
"Bright eyes has been our vision clinic of choice for years no, for my son and me. They provide great customer service, quality exams and have a nice selection of frames to choose from. I would definitely recommend!"
