"Went in since I was having problems with my ears. Maurita was such a great practitioner. So nice, knowledgable and got my ears back to 100%. Always making sure I felt okay before proceeding. Took the time to care! I feel like most of the bad reviews have to do with scheduling. The workers don't seem to reflect the reviews. Just try to schedule early in the day as you'll likely get in quicker before appts back up"
"As a parent of a child who has had progressive cold and coughing symptoms to be told by the nurse she’s going to listen to my son and not me was beyond belief. Verbatim “Well I’m listening to what he is telling me.” Children aren’t always good at sharing their full symptoms. After 10 days of him getting worse she said she knows what she’s doing and told him to take some Flonase and come back in a couple weeks. So almost 4 weeks of symptoms before he should be seen again? This is where she told me she knows what she’s doing. This goes beyond any Dr recommendation I’ve ever received. We went in for cough and congestion. She wrote up the reason for appointment as a “nose complaint”. Didn’t listen at all, did as she wanted and we paid for an appointment that was not worth it. Although we try over and over, Minute Clinics have proven to be ineffective with rude arrogant/service and will continue to receive poor reviews."
"Extremely rude worker, I simply said excuse me ma'am, she responded with im with a patient I won't talk to you. Told her she was very rude, she replied your rude! Unbelievable."
"I was in on 11/15 for ear pain in both ears. I have a history of ear infections so I know the feeling of them all too well. I saw a provider at the CVS minute clinic in Otsego. The provider dug around in one of ears with the otoscope for a very long time trying to decide what was going on. She said the inside of my ear was “strangely shaped,” which I’ve never been told before. She decided to give me a course of antibiotics because there was an infection there. I am 5 months pregnant, so the provider was literally using Google to see which antibiotics I can have. She decided on one until the computer gave her a warning that I can’t have it, and then switched it to another one I had never had before. I finished the 3 day course of antibiotics, which I thought was strange since most of the antibiotics I have taken are 7-10 days. I woke up on 11/20 and realized my pain had returned. I called the phone number listed for the minute clinic at 8:30am and spoke to a support representative. He said he would pass this along to a nurse practitioner who would give me a call to discuss my symptoms. I called again at noon since I hadn’t heard anything, and there was a long wait to speak to a representative so I chose the option to have them call me back when it was my turn in line. I waited by the phone all day, and no one ever called me back. I called again at 9pm and spoke to a different representative who said it takes 24 hours to even process the request for a call back. WHAT?! It is now 2pm the following day (coming up on 30 hours since I called the first time) and I still have not received a call from a nurse practitioner about my symptoms. All I need is a different course of antibiotics to resolve my ear pain. I do not have the time or money to come in for another appointment, especially when it should have been resolved the first time I had an appointment. Like I said, I am 5 months pregnant and untreated ear infections can cause harm to me or my unborn baby. We are also nearing the thanksgiving holiday, so I would really like to get on a new medication to ease my pain and clear this infection so my favorite holiday isn’t ruined. I am very disappointed in both the provider that I saw initially and the support staff at this facility."
"Late last night my toddler was suffering from an ear infection. I was able to book an appointment for the very next morning on a Saturday. The doctor was very personable and caring, plus the pharmacy had our prescription ready right away."
