"This place is a joke. At the start of August I was extremely desperate to find a therapist who can help me with my specific mental health needs. Not just depression and anxiety. I called this place because they take my insurance, whereas most therapists who help treat my particular mental illness do not take any insurance. I called and made it extremely clear to the intake receptionist that I need to see a therapist who can help me with my specific disorder. She said that Ben Twogood was the person for my needs, and could help me with what I need. So today (About a month after booking the original appointment) I called and asked if he does a certain type of therapy that I wanted to try for my disorder. Turns out he does not treat my disorder at all. I am beyond angry and disappointed with this place because I need a specialist who treats people with my disorder to help me, and the woman on the phone assured me many times that Ben was the person for me. She lied to me and wasted my time as now I have to find a new specialist for me, which can take months to get an appointment. They told me about another therapist they have who could help with my disorder. I looked at her profile on their own website, and it said that she doesn't treat my disorder either! I am extremely angry with how the intake employees have not helped me at all. I was looking forward to getting the help I so desperately need. Now i am back to square one, thanks to this awful place."
