"Went in today to get checked out. My nurses were great and the girl that did my EKG was amazing. Felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Hope to have her again in the future if I ever need another one."

"This is the best urgent care I've ever been to. I used the Save My Spot feature because there was an estimated 3-hour wait. I showed up at the reserved time and was immediately sent back into a room. A nurse was there within minutes, and a PA (or NP) was there a minute after the nurse left. I then waited maybe five minutes for the doctor, who was excellent. Everything was extremely efficient. I've had such bad experiences at urgent cares before that I wasn't expecting much. It was nice to be surprised in a positive way."

"I came here on Tuesday night the nurses were extremely nice however the doctor I had I told him by symptoms and just checked my breathing and dignosed me with just a cough ! I have a fever chills and a very raspy and bad cough! I work in childcare yes we get sick but I am getting worse and worse every day he didn’t test me for any orher test!! I will not be returning to the Lakeville urgent care I will be going somewhere else!! Such a waste of time and he was literally there for two seconds !! Went back to the urgent care this morning at Burnsville and they tested me for everything and was diagnosed with pneumonia! They said I’m lucky I came back when I did or could have been much worse!! I don’t recommend going to Lakeville urgent care! I love park Nicollet don’t get me wrong but the Lakeville urgent care doesn’t care for there patients"

"I've been here twice over the past 4 days after being sick with what I assumed was the same viral thing my daughter was diagnosed with the week before. The staff were all caring and hospitable. I was diagnosed with strep and given meds. Fast-forward 3 days and I'm back again with pneumonia to boot. From the time I walked in the door I was told it was busy and I could use "save my spot" online and wait at home if I wanted. Done! Came back 1.5 hrs later, checked in, roomed immediately. I've received the best care empathy, and treatment from everyone I've interacted with - receptionist, nurses, radiologist, etc. Definitely my new go-to for urgent care."

"We stopped in the urgent care to help my son deal with an ingrown toenail. While there they applied the incorrect solution to clean of the skin after everything was complete. It caused a chemical burn on his skin. When I called to discuss it with the clinic, they denied at and wouldn't even consider they made a mistake. All we asked for was the clinic to cover the cost of the video visit to look at the burn and the cream for the chemical burn. My son's foot still has red marks where the chemical was applied 6 months after the visit. We do also use this site for annual check us and other visits. For these, we truly do enjoy our regular physicians and will continue to utilize these types of services. We will rethink where we go for the urgent care needs."
