"Chanhassen Vision Clinic is amazing! They are friendly, take the time to accommodate you, and are reasonably priced. One day there was a mix up in scheduling and the Optometrist Jason stayed late to accommodate my husband and I. l would recommend them a thousand times over."
"Just had eye check. Felt Dr. was very thorough. Having had had cataract surgery, i wanted to feel reassured my eyes were in good shape and i was. Went in prior to my appointment to select new frames, found a pair and they put them away for a couple days till i had my new prescription. My new glasses even came in sooner than i expected. Can’t ask for more. Good people."
"I just received my new prescription sunglasses and they are awesome. There were so many styles to choose from and colors plus I was able to get the options that I wanted. I received them in a short time and I couldn't be happier. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this clinic."
"What's with all these FAKE 5 star reviews in the past two weeks? You get six reviews in 5 years and all of a sudden you have 8 glowing gushing perfectly scripted reviews? Come on!!!!!! Awful experience. I've never had glasses before. I've been using cheaters for a while and now need glasses. They didn't tell me that I would not be able to see when I went back to work after my exam so I had to reschedule that portion of the exam. When I arrived for my initial appointment I went to the person who who looked like the receptionist. At the same time I began my conversation with the receptionist somone from my left started asking me questions and kept interrupting my check in process. Obviously she was working on commission and was trying to pounce on me. I ignored her and completed my check in paperwork with the receptionist. After the first exam I sat down with someone to look at frames. She actually scolded me and in a harsh impatient tone regarding how I was placing them on the bridge of my nose and said "these aren't cheaters push them up higher" WOW! Just kind of expected me to make a choice with very little information. I had a ton of question but politely said I would choose after my 2nd appointment. Felt totally pressured to make an uninformed choice. I showed up a week later for the dilation part of the exam 15 minutes early (my appointment was for 4:30.) By 4:25 the Dr had put the drops in and I was out in the lobby and told to wait while the drops took effect. I sat there in that glaringly bright store until 4:45 when a woman came in and said her appointment was for for 5:00. Within minutes the Dr took her into the exam room and did her entire exam before he finished mine. I sat in that glaringly bright store waiting, trying not to go blind until 5:10 when the Dr finished the other persons appointment and took me in to finish mine. How CRA**Y!!! Oh and while I was waiting the rude sales woman who interrupted me when checking in was shouting across the room about getting "half points" for something. I assume points has something to do with commission. How totally unprofessional all the way around. Bottom line. This is a production office trying to sell as much and as fast as they can. I will never go back to this place and have purchased my new glasses from Park Nicollet down the street. In case you're interested. The inturupter is the chick in the red and the rude sales person is the one with black hair and a black top in the google photos."
"I've been coming here for around 10 years for routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, and purchasing of contacts. The doctors are very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patients! They always make sure your questions are answered and you understand what is going on with your eyes. They have evening hours, and a great selection of contacts and glasses. I don't live in the area anymore but enjoy this clinic so much that I will travel out of my way to come here. Thank you!"
