"Brought one of my teens there recently for a sports physical event hosted by TCO. The doctor we saw was a resident employed by this clinic. They told us to see primary care to finish the eval because of a concern they had about her ADHD meds causing cardiac side effects (meds which she has been on for 4 years), so we did. Did they bother to send the exam notes over to our primary care clinic explaining the concern? NOPE! I called Broadway Family Medicine to send the records over that they never sent. The employee at BFM Medical Records said to me "she is not a patient here. I am not about to break the glass to open a chart for her".... Whether she was seen there 1 time or 100-she is a patient. She was seen by your physician, in your clinic. That's per the AMA code of ethics which states "A PATIENT-PHYSICIAN RELATIONSHIP EXISTS WHEN A PHYSICIAN SERVCES A PATIENT'S MEDICAL NEEDS. GENERALLY, THE RELATIONSHIP IS ENTERED INTO BY MUTUAL CONSENT BETWEEN PHYSICIAN AND PATIENT (OR SURROGATE)". Well-we consented to a physical exam by their MD resident. So now because we stupidly went to this sports physical event, we are stuck waiting to see a specialist to finish the workup. All because Broadway Family Medicine refused to release her records and primary care was uncomfortable overturning the refusal to clear for sports without knowing why there was concern. This place seems to employ nothing but idiots from the physicians down to the medical records staff. We will have seen at least 3 doctors just for a stupid sports physical by the time this is over because the resident doesn't know that you don't develop side effects to ADHD meds 4 years after starting without any recent changes."

"The doctor's and staff are very nice and professional. And will help out with anything that they can. Me and my kids are both going to this clinic. And when I leave Minneapolis I will keep the clinic as my home clinic."

"10/5/21 The phlebotomist who did my blood draw today was amazing. I have the worst phobia of needles ever and I barely felt a thing. The other clinicians were also extremely nice. Wait time with an appointment was maybe 20-30 minutes but that’s not bad. Thanks for all your help! The new place is nice!"

"Tore my ACL back in June and suspected as such. Went in to see their sports medicine "specialist" who pulled on my knee for 30 seconds and walked out of the room saying that I was fine and it would be fine to play on in a week. Finally saw a doctor elsewhere who took me seriously and image the knee. Turns out I was right and my ACL was fully torn in June. I have surgery scheduled but could be 5 months further in recovery and not risked further injury through use had this doctor spent appropriate time and listened to me. Go elsewhere if you can."

"Wow. I went to a last minute 4 pm appointment and it turns out the system was down. Not only did they not turn me down (running behind schedule) like health partners would. They brought me in. My doctor was fantastic. The whole crew: DR, dr guiding, receptionist and guard stayed late to fulfill their promise of treatment. The procedure I needed was strange and yet was executed with the greatest of care. I trust this clinic and their professionalism in the face of adversity. Kudos to the UM for producing such great graduates. Thanks for taking my pain away. 10/10 would have half my nail removed again."
