"Overall I am very pleased with services and providers including those at the desk, etc. Today I have made a dozen calls to order a prescription and no one answers. Those on scheduling have tried to help but to no avail. What's going on???"

"Please update your patient portal. Today I am trying to contact my PCP with non-emergent information/request and the portal will not allow me to send a message! Now I have to call and wait on line for who knows how long, then transferred and hope I can get my message accurately to my provider. If I could send the information through the portal all details will be delivered in a more succinct manner with less confusion. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS."

"5/10/2022. I’m five weeks pregnant and have been bleeding with blood clots since this morning. My husband scheduled an appointment for me with Plymouth clinic. The front desk lady asked me whether I had contact with some one with Covid in the last 14 days. I said yes, my mom just recovered from covid last week. She gave me a small piece of paper with a phone number and asked me to call this number, she also asked me to move to hallway which is outside of their office. I asked her why, she was not very happy and told me to talk to a nurse first while her face and neck turning red… what was she angry about? I went outside and called, the nurse on the other side of the line asked about my Covid vaccine AND booster shot status without checking my personal info like my name and date of birth. This clinic looks and feels strange. I hung up and called again, a different nurse answered in a more professional manner, but, still asked me about my vaccination and booster shot status…I said I prefer not to disclose, then she asked me specific dates I had contact with my mom and put me on hold for a while. I told her my mom is fully recovered and was tested negative last week. When she came back she asked me to reschedule my appointment to ten days later…Definitely not patient centered with no empathy. I’m bleeding and loosing my baby… I’m heartbroken and will never go back to this clinic. Zero star."

"Unlike their general practice I love the Women's center. I was lucky enough to have it open when I was pregnant and have continued going there. I think I have seen every provider there, all are super helpful and supportive. You feel like you are their number one priority when you are there."

"I literally just called there and the lady told me not to raise my voice as she continuously spoke over me, amd interrupted. Maybe if you listened instead of pretending like you know everything, you guys can actually help people. By the looks of the ratings, I should find a new clinic. Love my Doctor but customer service is the opposite of what customer service is. Sure, Ill hold while you can think of a way to tell me off and not help at all."
