"I REALLY WISH I WOULD’VE READ THE REVIEWS IN THIS PLACE FIRST. I irresponsibly brought my child (who has had a devastating life event happen to her and has trust issues s a result) to this place thinking I’m doing the right thing and really hoping that she would get help. So a few appointments in and Hannah cancelled her last appointment with her and said she would be taking “unexpected leave” for the next few weeks and to find another provider… WOW!! I am so confused and disgusted in this place !! After reading the reviews this isn’t the first and only time this has happened. If you’re looking for a safe place to go for care and kindness, this place is not it. UNPROFESSIONAL-UNETHICAL-UNCARING."

"Got on the waitlist for some testing in September of 2022. At that time waitlist was 6 months. Could call back periodically to be moved up if there were cancelations. Did so several times with no luck. It is now June 2023. Intake says oh sorry were no longer taking outside patients since September of 2022. We no longer accept outside referrals. You were discharged from therapy previous to the inquire for the requested testing. So we’re no longer patients. Someone should have called you. No one reached out and no one said anything any of the times I called. Seems there is no internal communications. Absolutely unacceptable. Zero stars…"

"Warning before you see someone at this clinic make sure they are in network with your insurance. I was told three times by Lorenz Clinic that their clinic is in my health care network but when I started receiving the bills I contacted my insurance and found out they were out of network. Of course since claims take so long to process I had already seen the provider three times. I also asked them why they were not in network because Lorenz Clinic eventually called my insurance they said they couldn't disclose why. Now I am forced to pay out of network costs for three visits. ZERO stars! Lets not forget to mention sketchy clinics giving patients the run around also."

"The amount of disappointment this place has caused is hard to beat. After 3 attempts to find a compatible provider for my daughter and I am going to try another route. It’s obvious that my situation and needs weren’t a priority when just tossing me to the next therapist without actually reading the previous therapists “notes”. So here I go on to the next “professional “ to let another stranger know what’s happening in my life. Thanks Lorenz!!!"

"My son’s councilor is constantly canceling seasons. Today we got a cancel and when I called in to reschedule I was told she was going to be sick all week. Who gets to foreshadow their sickness for the whole week?!?! She also did not return phones calls and my son went over a month without an appointment. Very poor follow through with this councilor and the company as a whole. Would look elsewhere."
