"Give negative feedback if possible. Receptionists was god awful. Asked 3 times if we were going to be seen as the lobby cleared out about 4 times. Shes kept saying yep you’re next. Until i went to the nurse triage and was told they took us off. No wonder we waited over an hour."

"Although I have received good care here, the facility managers should really re-assess their check in process. I was told to arrive 20 minutes early despite completing the e-check in process. There was no reason for me to arrive this early just to sit in the waiting room. Tack on that the doc was running late, I sat here for over 30 min. This process puts an undue burden on parents and hourly employees. I urge you to reconsider the arrival requirements, particularly for patients who did the e-check in."

"Dr Scott Wavinak has been my primary doctor for a couple years now and I would never want a different primary care doctor. He makes you feel comfortable and he truly cares about the care of his patients. If I could recommend any doctor whether you are male or female it would be Dr. Scott. I always leave feeling more comfortable than when I arrived. Thank you Dr. Scott for making the doctors office a comfortable space, and an enjoyable place to return!"

"A month ago they cancelled my son’s appointment an hour before we were scheduled. Told us the next opening was A MONTH away. We took it because he needed his physical. The day finally comes and they call to cancel AGAIN. and to tell me the next opening was 2 months out! Said I could get in with a different doctor a month out instead. Pass. And my god you sit there forever waiting to be seen."

"Everyone I have encountered at this location was kind, professional, and extremely competent. Front desk staff, lab, clinicians. The pharmacy staff is so helpful, I have called for general medication questions and they take time to explain things. I’ve called after hours for medical questions and the triage nurses are great. They missed calling in a prescription and I called late on a Friday hoping to have it squared away before the weekend. They followed up twice to make sure it got to the pharmacy before the clinic closed. The nurse practitioner I see there is the best I have seen for primary care."
