"Manager was very rude"
"I lived here 5 months ago and I moved away I loved heavener Oklahoma but every single time we had Inspections the manager said something bad even if it was spotless she would say something bad"
"Poor management. Our apartment became roach infested after they bombed an adjacent unit THREE TIMES without spraying the surrounding ones (which should have been done beforehand). No notice given for water being shut off; nor did they let you know when they would be coming to work INSIDE of your own apartment. Was promised we’d be given our deposit back if we gave a 30-day notice — got swindled out of that too. Terrible terrible terrible place to live. All of the stray cats scratched up my car from jumping on it as well. Also, nothing will be done about the neighbors who are obviously on drugs and keeping you up all hours of the night, and day too! They don’t sleep! 0/10 would recommend."
