The staff (Jazz) was respectful & very helpful (this is important because I just came from Happy's Liquor, and I simply walked away because of the lack of customer service). J&B's shared their knowledge of brands and helped me make an informed decision. So even though it's out of my way, I will drive past other businesses to go to J&B's in the future. Their selection isn't what I typically am looking for, but the customer service is definitely what I expect. So drive further down the road like I did.
