"Not ideal. I went here to get mental health medication after a check up. That cost me $200. I was fine with it because i got meds and a friendly consultation. They would not refill the rx, however. They wanted me to come back for a check in. So i did it for another $200. Then when that rx ran out they again refused to refill unless i came back in. I didn’t have any PTO, and i couldn’t afford another $200 consultation, so i had to stop taking my meds cold turkey. I called them multiple times trying to get a refill but they wouldn’t budge. After months of withdrawals and brain zaps i’m feeling back to my old pre medicated self. I owe PP hundreds of dollars that i’ll probably never really be able to pay"

"Made an appointment online. I check in at the clinic and the receptionist said that their system didn't save my appointment and there was no availability until 2 weeks from today. Terrible service. Why have an online appointment system if it doesn't work? What a joke."

"Specifically got a prescription sent to this location because it was within 5 mins from my work. Told me it would be ready for pick up at 2-2:30pm, arrived at 3:30 due to them closing early @4….still wasn’t ready. Waited my full lunch break, (30mins) until close and still no prescription. “We overbooked I’m so sorry, no estimated time, you just have to wait.” I’m sorry— no I don’t. And I can’t, I am still working…..Do not waste your time with this location."
